he has lost his mental balance

He never had it. That’s why people like him like him.

The problem is that news outlets carefully cut over past out the other depending on what’s useful at the time and leave out the asinine juxtaposition.

It’s not that he has lost any mental stability between those two statements, sure evaluating more data points would or could, but those two statements better fit “my enemy is weak, and yet they’re also powerful” propaganda. It’s the exact same playbook they play against democrats, against sleepy joe, etc.

You must both equally feel superior to your enemy, AND need to rally together to overcome them.

You have a point. Unfortunately Trump would not understand a word of your comment nor understand the concept. It’s just verbal diarrhea.

He’s hoping his voters memories are just as fucked as his. So far he’s been right.

He’s genuinely losing his marbles. Seeing him on stage at the football prize giving was a classic example, he wasn’t trying to steal their thunder, he genuinely didn’t know what to do next.

You’re right, he used to be very good at knowing what do next. He used to have a clear strategy and used to plan his next step ahead of time. /s

You can be as sarcastic as you like, but if you watch interviews with him from back in The Apprentice days, he was much sharper and more articulate than he is today.

Yeah fair enough. Didn’t know the guy before his first presidency, but watched some old footage around the time the movie The Apprentice came out (as I was curious how close to reality the movie was). Imo he was already an egocentric douche back then, but wasn’t slow and senile as he is now.

He publically had a fucking stroke last year.

… before that, he managed to run two casinos into bankruptcy.

He’s like a misshapen, wilted fruit that is now also rotting.

Yes, but more importantly, his base has lost theirs as well and will readily believe both statements at the same time.

It’s honestly impossible for me to tell whether he lost his marbles or is just confidently lying to his followers because it doesn’t matter if the things he says contradict each other. None of his followers will ever take two of his statements and compare them. They will just take them as isolated statements that sounds important in the moment.
