I’ve never understood that, it’s so weird. People say it’s because he wears lifts and I don’t doubt he does, and women wearing heels do stick out their butt but they also arch their back to keep their balance. Which lifts the boobs, another plus, but it’s mostly for balance. (Source: am woman, have tested the different effects of 4" heels and 4" platforms with a 2" rise toe-to-heel)
Maybe he’s trained himself to “not stand like a girl in heels” and thinks he’s getting away with it? Or maybe his back is unable to arch? The belly weight is the opposite of a counterbalance so that’s not it. Could his cankles be incredibly strong shin muscles? No, Michael Jackson had skinny ankles.
It’s a mystery, Scoob!
Edit, new theory: Diaper as counterweight
From what I understand, some forms of dementia can affect the limbic system, causing a forward lean. Combine that with his lifts…
And a full diaper for ballast.
He also thinks it hides his gut but alerting his laughably long necktie to hang straight(er) down.
Lmao now this is a fuckin comment

You can try it out if you’re curious. These days you can find platforms and stilettos in your size pretty easily. I don’t recommend asking a friend if you can try on hers, because that’s a can of worms in a minefield.
Size 14s? Doubt it!

Welcome to the future.
Wow lmao. I confess I did not even think to look and just assumed these gargantuan feet will never slay in drag 🤦♀️ Baked-in biases!
Adding a note: drag queen culture has been especially helpful in this regard, also improving style options for previously overlooked legions of women with large feet. Yet another reason to say, “thank you, drag queens!”
And yet the small feet = feminine beauty equation still festers away in the back of our social subconscious. If only Prince Charming had said, “I’m going to go out and look for a girl who has the same size feet I do, so we can share shoes and rule the kingdom together!”
