Fallout 4 was released over a decade ago. What is wrong with these studious.
Bethesda is effectively 1 studio, and they all depend on Todd Howard to make creative decisions. A lot of their issue with output is based on how efficiently they can use Todd’s time.
Plus, a lot of the time since Fallout 4 was spent developing Starfield
