You seem to have reading issues. They are not claiming centrists doesn’t exists. They are claiming that centrists doesn’t defend Lindsay Graham.

That’s not defending Graham. That’s having some compassion for people who are certainly grieving.
Imagine thinking “thoughts and prayers for his family” is the same thing as “defending his political positions”
