If that’s the article I think it is, it’s almost all entirely charity/NGO work, and it also excludes analysis of the current job market which could be hitting younger workers the same.
I definitely think ageism is a real factor, 100%, but pointing to a series of anecdotes inside one industry is about the worst possible way to demonstrate it.
