In the end we’re all dead. Right now I’d like to live in a world not run by fascists. Simple as that. People lives, including my own and yours, would be better if fascists were not in power.

Additionally, Hakeem Jefferies is not the only democrat. There are many democrats and some are worse or better. While essentially every republican is a monster or at best an unhinged lunatic.

Jefferies also is, even as a empty husk of a politician, better than an ideological fascist. Because if socialists were in power, Hakeem Jefferies would be incentivized to work with them to maintain power, while in the current instance, he is incentivized to work with fascists.

Jefferies is not an ideologue. He’s a power loyalist.
