A lot of products used to say “satisfaction guaranteed”. So you could literally return products you had consumed. I don’t know how many people did that though.

The foot on the accelerator after the crash doesn’t make sense. He would have been thrown around like crazy. I think this points to sensor malfunction or something like that.

AI has evolved to the point where the first task is to manage the emotions of the human. And then hallucinate a proper sounding response.
There’s a lot of history around the Robertson and Philips screw heads back when assembly lines were becoming a thing.
tldr: licensing is why Robertson didn’t spread to the US.
