TVP is the international public service broadcaster of Poland. Sort of like BBC World, DW or France24 just for Poland.
So what? Russia can infiltrate them, they can bride journalist, etc… In any way, no matter how big a media company is, they should follow journalistic standards, in this case they did not.
The article is not perfect, but also none of what you describe as journalistic standard is required at all. Links to a source or raw data is not needed at all. I am sure plenty of governments would love it, if whistle blowers or anonymous sources would have to be named in articles. It is enough to name where you got it from in general terms, which in this case is CBOS research center as stated in the article. The questions asked is really well beyond what is reasonable for a short news article. They also gave some context on poll quality.
Journalists are only required to be as accurate as possible, given the allotted time for the story and space available. The biggest weakness of the article is that it is too short.
