The alleged sabotage included desecrating memorials to Polish victims of the UPA, the Ukrainian Insurgent Army that took part in the murder of tens of thousands of Poles during World War Two known as the Volyhnia massacre.

“The aim was to incite ethnic tensions between Poland and Ukraine,” Poland’s Internal Security Agency (ABW) said in a statement.

So bizarre anyone in Poland would be doing this for Russia, what with the entire history of Poland and Russia right up to this very day.

Is it the same weird psychological phenomen as those Jewish neo-Nazis?

It was a 18 yo who was arrested… Shit like this is unfortunately happening all over Europe. FSB or any other agency, hires syndicates which hire young mobboses whom ask (marginalized?) minors to do shit for them for money. IIrc it starts at €500 for placing a granade in a shop or stuff.
