Trump supporters have said this for years. They think that no citizenship = no rights of a US citizen = no rights at all. That they are UnPeople that can be done with whatever we please.
Most notably they argue that they have no right to any hearing or trial, and it should be catch and deport “to save taxpayer money.”

George W thought the same thing about “enemy combatants.” Because they weren’t a member of a regular army no Geneva Convention protections, because they were outside the US no Constitutional restraints on the US’s conduct.
They already did that with the denial of habeas corpus
