    “I’m scared to death because assaults with vehicles are sky high. There’s been a lot of shootings. I’m scared to death that one of these days, our ICE officers aren’t going to be quick enough. The bad guys can be quicker,” Homan told Fox News’ Laura Ingraham Wednesday night.

      It was self defense. I got in front of the car and it was slowly moving in my general direction. My legs suddenly stopped working so I wouldn’t be able to get out of the way if the car suddenly accelerated and my only option was to preemptively shoot to kill.
