A. It’s not an OS update. It’s part of Google Play Services.
B. I’m pretty sure this applies even on Android 12 because it’s Google Play Services. Years back, Google started moving functionality like this into Google Play Services so your phone could get new features even if you had a bad manufacturer and OS updates were months or even years behind. It was introduced as a feature then.
C. This does work, but some apps (notably banking apps) block non-Google Android, even if there is no legitimate security reason for doing so. This will vary by OS and even phones running the same OS. Official GrapheneOS builds for officially supported devices probably have the best compatibility with apps in terms of the apps not blocking your phone. Maybe there are some rooted phones that patch apps to bypass “integrity” checks. Some features of your phone just will not work, even if you have a third-party OS with official support for your phone (contactless payments). Hopefully the EU gets on this and at least Europeans or people who can trick their phones into thinking they are Europeans will get some of their control back.
D. Most people can’t live without the apps that are available only on Google’s store or that require Google Play Services. That’s most apps. Even if you don’t need those specific apps, you will need to deal with other stuff like setting up Unified Push if you want to receive timely notifications. My parents are not going to set up a Unified Push gateway.

This is probably worse.
The government said they were taking dangerous people off the streets, but in the admittedly small amount of coverage I’ve seen there’s no dispute that he was a hard worker with no criminal background, killed on his way to work. With Good and Pretti, ICE can argue that these people were agitators or something and pretend that justifies killing them, but somebody driving their car to work is not trying to instigate anything.
You can assume that the statements given by ICE are false since they’ve falsified their reports of every other high profile murder, and even used this line about trying to use the vehicle as a weapon before in cases where that clearly was not what happened.
You may also assume that given in previous murders there are body camera and vehicle camera and even cell phone camera footage recorded and released by ICE that there is most likely camera footage from this murder as well and ICE has chosen not to release it because not even their supporters would like it.

Calling it “over” is the problem? Not the strikes today?

“One-child policy next” is crazy unless this is an at-least-one child policy.

Because he could still be by far the best candidate in the election? Assuming all the allegations are true, if it came down to an election between a supposedly former Nazi sex offender with progressive policies or an open white supremacist with fascist policies that shields rich sex offenders from prosecution, who do you vote for? That’s the kind of elections America has now.
With the way America’s election system works, a third party is always bad news for the most similar party. If 15% of voting republicans and 10% of voting democrats switch to this new party, that converts a 50 50 race to a 40 35 25 race, with democrats winning.
The way it could be bad for non-MAGA people would be if enough sane republicans, if there are any left, decide to vote in the third party’s primaries, leaving the insane republicans voting in the original republican party’s primaries, causing the republican candidates to become even more extreme, leading to some elections where the choices are right, far right, and extreme right.

A bit flip might change a 0 to a 1 or a 1 to an infinity. Even if you could just do everything three times, that triples the hardware and energy costs compared to terrestrial computing.
“anything viewed through the lens of non-traditional sexual expression” is not about porn. This is clearly an attempt to outlaw existing as LGBTQ. These people believe that being transgender, or even just dressing in a way uncommon for your assigned gender, is a non-traditional sexual expression and that transgender people are perverts for being transgender in public.
