There’s not any evidence that happens from HRT.
Exogenous testosterone drops sperm counts. Testosterone promotes hormone sensitive tumor growth.
Testosterone being associated with prostate cancer doesn’t mean HRT causes it. Rather, what causes the cancer also causes raised testosterone. In studies following men on HRT the incidence of prostate cancer was no higher in them than in men not on HRT.
