I was really looking forward for this game but couldn’t believe how poorly the story was written. The mechanics and concept (both game and story diverging) are fantastic and well thought but they should have gotten someone skilled for the story. It’s just all over the place and really having a hard time to keep up with the mechanics.
Anyways, I mostly play for story and characters. So gameplay couldn’t save it u for me
Oooh, i think this will be one of the rare expansions I’ll actually play. This game was easily GOTY for me.
Looked really interesting to me, but was put off by their genAI use.
They used very little AI for minor placeholders and promptly removed them once the intended human-made elements were available. The issue was majorly overblown (because of course it was), and considering it’s not an American triple-A studio, I’m not going to throw out the baby with the bathwater.
