Those are not vague statistics just because you don’t believe that rape happens at the levels that it does.
They rely on self-reporting by nature of “x% goes unreported.” Where else is that data coming from? If you think there isn’t a single false case that gets included in that, then I have a bridge to sell you.
And it’s vague because it has no bearing on the case in question.
