I’m not surprised. If you didn’t have to will to properly build it yourself, you won’t’ have the will to properly maintain it.
People… Windows and Xbox is not an improvement (it can be even worse). Build a Linux Gaming PC, that’s true freedom.
Now lets use part of that money, to fund the development of open alternatives and interoperable protocols / standards. We cannot break a duopoly, if there aren’t any alternatives, otherwise it will keep being a duopoly.
So many. So many little utilities that just work. To mention a couple I think no one will mention because they are not sexy: Okular and Ark
