I bet if there going to a library they probably don’t have a phone or gate keeper by parents or not fast enough phone.

Plus the times I noticed there usually a group of teens and not just one. So it might just be a social thing and I hate Roblox it at least there going outside to the library.

I have seen teens play Roblox at libraries. Does that count?
