Things are still Ohio though, right?/millennial

My demented grandma saw people that weren’t there. My mom called them her “guardian angels” because that was better than calling them ghosts.
They helped her do things. Like, normally Grandma needed help getting to the restroom. One morning Mom found evidence she’d used the toilet in her own. Grandma said “oh, the angels helped me”.
Anyways, dementia is weird.

They’re giving “did they die of it or with it?” vibes. (actual thing I was asked about my father’s COVID-19 death. Apparently since he was immunocompromised his death didn’t ‘count’.)
No, it would be cruel to keep someone technically alive on a ventilator past hope of their revival. And I say this as someone whose dad died after being removed from a ventilator during the COVID-19 pandemic. My mother refused to allow him to die on their wedding anniversary and so he was kept alive an extra day, which I still find selfish and cruel.
Former baby
I’m glad you overcame that difficulty 💜

Look into patterned polos. I wear floral polo shirts as my self-chosen daily work uniform. I don’t think I’m giving off a fascy vibe.

Agreed, just add something that signals “not one of THOSE people”. Maybe a rainbow- or ally-flag bandana, a black lives matter pin, or maybe just a friendly cartoony T-shirt under your khaki jacket. Add a rainbow or BLM patch to your jacket. Tbh, something as milquetoast as a pink “breast cancer awareness” ribbon would probably work.
TBD, we don’t know how the milk product was labeled. If it was in a glass jar labeled “Pamela’s milk, do not drink” would you still consider it assault if someone drank it?
(I’ve brought nut milk to work for my coffee in glass jars before with the label “my name. date”. Would you consider it assault if someone with an almond allergy drank my white liquid, assuming it was cow milk?)
