Of course it was him. But since he has poisoned the entire discussion of the thing with claims about razors that “made” algae grow that has been promoted to actual, normal discussion, it doesn’t even remotely matter to his people that he was the one who fucked it up, be cause it’s impossible for him to do anything wrong. He has very strongly and powerfully flooded the zone with shit, and 30% of everybody in this country is performatively bragging about how much of that shit they can fit into their mouths. They can barely speak to each other their mouths are so full of shit.
