I wonder how long before we see laws preventing this practice of disabling games after sale. At least I would expect the EU to stop this.

We’ve been saying that for a long time now. Still going strong, even though I would personally love to see it burst and we can get back to normal.

And everyone is going to buy it just like always. Which proves their strategy works.

My thinking exactly. This is probably going to get downvoted, but nobody forced people to buy Nintendo products. Owning video games is not a human right. US capitalism permits Nintendo to charge whatever they want for their goods. If you don’t like it, don’t buy the games. That is your right.
