Both Google on Android and Microsoft on windows - They make changes and lock apps out of defaults. Install random programmes, bring up pop ups etc.
These types of issues are why i’m now dailying Mint and GrapheneOS.

I wonder if that’s an age thing. When I was at college i’d actively choose games based on length. Now it’s all about experience vs value.
I don’t want to grind through an Assassins Creed game, but i’d happily play a 8 hour streamlined story version of the same game.

I first had this when I was a kid and got an R4 DS cart. I used go get a handful of games a year and play them to death. Since getting the cart I barely finished any games.

Yes, all self taught. I do some script writing in my job but it’s mostly mechanical engineering. I’ve had lots of people assume I work in IT.

I mean it was 0.6FPS… That’s 100x slower than realtime. It’s great PS5 emulation is making strides, but you wont be playing anything on the deck…
