Yeah, if they made it like $10 per month and you could only rent 1 at a time that would be great. I would love a digital rental service to try out games.
Yeah, when I play tested games game when I was younger it was a part of it. I’m fine with telemetry if it’s only used for testing, fixing issues, game balance, ect. When it’s used for selling stuff or tracking me across the Internet or irl is where I have an issue.

Yeah, I have never pirated a game because of steam. My dad taught me about bearshare, limewire, and others from his time for music but I pay, unfortunately for YouTube, get new music from indie artists. It’s so easy to just listen to anything I want. Netflix was the same way. Hell now places are uploading to YouTube for old stuff kike all of myth busters.

I grew up with blockbuster, there were many games I liked playing for a couple days and then I would be done with them. I don’t want a demo, I want to play short games or others for a bit and then get something new without paying for each game.
