That’s pretty much 90% of his public statements.
The rest are bigotry and weird bible interpretations, often at the same time.
Plus it’s just going to become filthy again when he shits his diaper again a couple hours (minutes?) later.
And in reality, he’s probably done his own ACTUAL job of legislating on behalf of the people MAYBE 22 hours in the last month if not year.

half the country will either look the other way or proudly support the troops when they’re turned on US citizens
And 99% of the politicians SUPPOSED to represent the other half do too.
I mostly agree, except some forms of comedy don’t necessarily require punching at all, so only the first half of “don’t punch down, do punch up” ever applies.
Political comedy with no punches, though, is the equivalent of a gritty action movie starring Chuck Schumer as himself.
Yeah, Joey Hell was a real one ✊🏼
I don’t have to deal with squirrels, but good luck if you do.
Title of your autobiography
You’re not gonna believe this but I actually deem it sufficient at present!
First rule of political comedy: always punch up
First rule of conservatism: if something scares and/or confuses you, that’s oppression.
Thus, the first rule of conservative comedy: always wildly flail at what you don’t understand.
It was miraculous. It was almost no trick at all, he saw, to turn vice into virtue and slander into truth, impotence into abstinence, arrogance into humility, plunder into philanthropy, thievery into honor, blasphemy into wisdom, brutality into patriotism, and sadism into justice. Anybody could do it; it required no brains at all. It merely required no character.

No it isn’t.
Dereliction of duty leading to not preventing murder isn’t murder.
It’s still ABSOLUTELY grounds for losing the job and never regaining it though, don’t get me wrong.
Schumer, Jeffries, et al are not the equivalent of Mussolini’s blackshirts, but they ARE the equivalent of the 1920s Italian Liberals who did nothing to stop them.
Pretty sure that rising from the bottom by definition is Left.
Centrists and right wing people are all about the top down authoritarianism in the US, possibly everywhere.
Gave me an idea, thanks 😁

Establishment Dems are just as bad as Republican
In general? Absolutely not.
On the West’s favorite fascist apartheid state, cops, spying on people, the military, and other “authoritarian vs libertarian*” issues? Absolutely.
Primary them out with progressive candidates and make actual change.
Hell yeah!
*as in being in favor of liberty, not as in "Republican who smokes weed“

It’s usually the answer that’s chosen, but it’s almost never the BEST answer for the MAJORITY of people affected.
“Luckily”, the ones who get to choose are almost invariably the ones with the most to gain from violence and/or suppression via the threat of violence.

Fun fact:
Like the news, history tends to focus s LOT more on the worst things and the most dramatic things.
Good ideas quietly succeeding is the most important building block of human society, but it hardly ever gets a mention.

Plus their $5 rotisserie chicken is the envy of the world.
Or at least the envy of this guy who lives hundreds of kilometers from the nearest Costco, over 1600 when avoiding Sweden 🤷🏻
