This is idiotic. By allowing tolls in Hormuz, we will open a can of worms that took several major wars to close.
If Iran and Oman can charge tolls, then everyone with international straits will want to do the same. The chaos will be unimaginable.

LLMs are not sentient, but this gimmick doesn’t prove that.
There’s nothing to indicate the human brain can’t be implemented in a Turing machine too.
“Good” news is that AI companies killed the gaming upgrade market, so studios will need to target the same hardware for a while. We might even see the come back of the smart tricks to go beyond the hardware limits era.

Except for lots use cases it is. They are the only places where some events are broadcast, or reach out some businesses, or access lots of local groups.
