How am I as a regular consumer supposed to know what a game key card is?
It’s explained on the box. The important information (“full game download required”) is on the front, and more details are printed on the back.
Bun, meat, salad, tomato, onion, Cheddar.

How is it deceptive? It’s clearly stated on the box in unambiguous terms. In fact, the warning banner for key cards is bigger than the banner for codes in a box. Nintendo isn’t responsible for your inability to read.
AC here are nearly always split units though. Our windows don’t slide up, so harder to install that type of AC unit that sits on the sill.
I have windows that slide sideways, and an AC unit with two pipes (intake and exhaust) that go through a piece of plastic sitting in the window’s rail.
It’s terrible. Super loud, and the room gets hot again in a couple minutes after I turn it off.
Split units are almost always illegal to install because of local urbanism laws, or apartment lot rules.
There is a huge banner at the bottom of the cover art that clearly states that a download is required. It’s only misleading if you can’t read.
Did anyone in the comments read the article? The disc is not permanently tied to an account. Only temporarily, to the account of whoever used it last.

If you actually read the article before getting mad, you’d have realized this is actually better than simple physical media. You get the advantages of both physical (ownership, lending, reselling) and digital (play on multiple devices, no risk of damaging your disc).
And don’t last nearly as long.
They also make Switch and Xbox games.
How is it a scam? It is exactlly what is printed on the box. Not everything you dislike is a scam.
You can’t remotely replace hardware.
And, thanks to Microsoft, they will also have no competition.
You can also do that on Steam, that doesn’t make it any less piracy.
Not that there is anything wrong with that, but let’s stop pretending that GOG is somehow better than Steam.
Stop spreading this lie.

Maybe you should get your eyes checked if you think a banner several times bigger than the age rating badge is not visible enough.
I’m not addressing any other point because they all revolve around the banner being somehow misleading even though it isn’t.
