For me it was extremely low levels of D vitamin, which took months to recover, but by now I feel like 5 years younger. I’m 34. NATO has always been more than “friends”. Realistically, it should not matter whether one NATO country is friendly with another, both should get over that for safety. Look at Turkey and Greece.
