In Berlin ist Unterbindungsgewahrsam gesetzlich nur 2 Tage gestattet, Bundespolizeilich 4 Tage. Da es laut derzeitigem Wissensstand keine konkreten Hinweise auf einen Anschlag gab (Gefahr in Verzug) wäre das auch schwer möglich gewesen.
