Lol unless they are posting about specific pirated torrents, then it’s fine afaik. Upload ratio could be due to perfectly legitimate reasons such as linux images.

I don’t get how it’s a scam exactly, unless they are linking back to their community. But I agree it is a lot of low quality posts.
