After living off-grid for a few years I developed “the look”, complete with massive beard. And now suddenly these fucks think I’m one of them.

Quite often have to deal with comments that are quiet and only ‘kinda’ racist. But I have been handed a card and asked to attend their white supremacists meetings. Unfortunately this always happens at work where I can’t respond appropriately.

The same company that told me they would give me a $300 prepaid visa to switch. Then told me I had to stay a customer for 30 days before I would get it. And at 30 days told me I was outside the 30 day window to claim it?

I’m so surprised.

How would that work? Like I still have my original modem, that you put the phone receiver on after dialing into a BBS. But none of those things exist anymore.

And I’m pretty sure I have most of the peripherals. I even have the cassette drive. But I don’t remember any wireless tech back then. Granted, it’s all in a box in storage… and it’s been at least 30 years since I saw it so maybe I don’t remember correctly?

Does this increase the value of my original Comodore 64?
