I like the mint project, but I dislike how it’s done

I don’t suggest mint to anyone anymore. I rather suggest Fedora or PopOs

Have you tried ctrl+shift+c to copy from terminal?

Terminal shortcuts to copy and paste are different, because ctrl+<letter> may be a command
