Why do all fascist idiots look like the average basement dweller who plays whatever war fps and is both stupidly confident in a military training he doesn’t have and absurdly scared of being identified?

I’m gonna start anew a private server. My group of friends played the hell out of this for months until there was nothing else to do. I kept playing just building new bases, it was my jam. We decided to give it a pause and retake the game after 1.0. Now’s the time, we’re starting from scratch and I already have an idea for a new base on top of the massive stone pillars in the central part of the island. Can’t wait for tomorrow!!

Well, you’ll get a copilot in the game so technically it could be a Flight Sim.
When you add cynism, it gets better.

Two decks at home and not a single of those issues. I must be lucky. Three more among my friends and same. Must be lucky too…
I mean, yeah. You came here to shit on a console that nobody is taking about but sure it must be us coping… Are you ok? Did Gabe steal your candies? Who hurt you so badly that you have to come online to insult randos and talk shit about an unrelated topic on an internet post?

Eh you know how’s the hate train. It drives way more clicks to just create ragebait than to report news.
In the videogame world however, seems to be worse as the average “journalist” is basically a guy who can put letters together.

So having a weak wifi and, apparently, “utterly broken screen scaling” is “a large amount of broken shit”. Idk mate, I was expecting something kinda worse than two non issues…

The issue is not physical yes/physical no. The issue is that if a company decides to take a game you bought from you, they can do it.
What we should be legislating is a law so if a company delists and removes from your account a game, they should refund you the price you paid.

Yeah, but I meant something like actually trading. Not just sharing in the family group. Imagine I have a game I’ve completed, I don’t want it anymore and you want to play it. We’re not in the same family group, so I offer you to trade it for a game of your library, or maybe we make a deal and you pay me some money for it so you are in a way, purchasing it second-hand from me.

It is now the moment for Valve to announce that they have come up with a way to let you sell/exchange games between users on Steam. They do this and they eat the whole market.

Oh please do! We certainly need a purge on AAA studios releasing shit. I’m sure if they let the AI make the next cod it will be a triumph. They’ll make a note saying HUGE SUCCESS.

Yeah no. If my boss comes to tell me that from now on my “productivity” will be measured in token usage rather than actual “production”, you can bet I will use agents for every fucking thing. Hell, I’ll even make a desktop clock that works by asking the IA what time is it every milisecond and then updating the time on screen every time. I’m gonna burn tokens till you regret it.
If after this happens, the rules of billing change and my boss starts getting charged per token usage instead of a flat charge per month, that’s not my problem; until my productivity stops being measured in token usage, you are gonna pay dumb money for your dumbness.

Yeah, they did it yesterday: they basically told us that next xbox won’t have an optical drive so they are looking for ways of digitizing your physical “for your convenience”:

I suppose they mean that they do “nothing” because they are not figthing their opponents in the market. Valve’s opponents just keep shooting themselves in their feet.
Valve does a lot, but one of the reasons (maybe the main reason) they are so successful is that the others are all trying a speedrun to the bottom.

Meanwhile, if I want to watch the same show/film jy “alternative ways”, I just go to stremio, search for it, and watch it. No questions asked, no geoblocks, no services to search for in them and painless overall.
It IS a service problem because it really is harder to watch it legally.
Exactly, so why are they describing this as grim?
