    Are these official US tender? I haven’t seen a new one since Sacagawea but I was a child. How does that even work? LOL

      Currency law states that no living president can be on them. So this by law would be a collectors item and worth only what others will pay for it or the base materials if you get to the nitty gritty.

        And yet the Mint says they’ll be in circulation, which indicates they will be distributed as legal tender.

          That might even make me buy one. I wonder if it’s possible to securely attach it to the bottom of my shitter…

            Definitely! You’ll need to drain the water out first, use some sandpaper to partially remove the glaze where you’d like to affix the coin, and to rough up the coin itself. Then JB Weld or super glue will likely get you where you’re going!
