    Voted for the resolution: Kathy Castor (FL), Henry (TX), Don Davis (NC), Jared Golden (ME), Vicente Gonzalez (TX), Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (WA), Darren Soto (FL) and Gabe Vasquez (NM).

    Voted present: Reps. Chrissy Houlahan (PA) and Maggie Goodlander (NH).
