The problem with not attempting another impeachment is that it even further lowers the bar for what counts as impeachable behavior. The lesson going forward for conservatives will be that corruption, personal enrichment, stealing and hoarding classified information, inviting other nations to meddle in our elections, using EOs like they allow you to dictate new laws, and mob-style ‘negotiating’ with our allies, are all perfectly OK from now on.
