Trump is the symptom, not the cause of the problems in American culture. You just point to Trump and say “I don’t support that guy” and think when he’s gone everything will be fine. You’re not dealing with your society becoming fascist because you refuse to even think about it.
When the next fascist demagogue comes along you will support him if he hates the same people you hate.
