    Here’s what they actually ruled on from CNBC:

    • The Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Trump administration to move forward for now with key parts of President Donald Trump’s executive order targeting mail-in voting.
    • The unsigned order lifted a lower-court injunction covering 23 states and Washington, D.C. The court’s three liberal justices dissented.
    • A separate nationwide injunction still blocks the Postal Service from implementing its new mail-ballot procedures for the Nov. 3 elections.

    You can still vote by mail according to that last bullet point

      This is key, also there still will be legal pushback after Aug 26 when the postal rule is published and states have the actual thing to argue against.

      SCOTUS ruled this way because there wasn’t a rule to argue against yet, they shouldn’t have to rule on this at all mind you, states control elections per the constitution, but this isn’t a done deal.
