Pictures shared across the country showed kindergarten and primary school children taking part in exercises involving balaclava-clad “terrorists” pointing guns at them.

Don’t forget the FSB had a “drill” where they tried to blow up an apartment building in Ryazan, during a spate of actual apartment bombings test public vigilance. Or so they claim.
