If you’re willing to literally support genocide, then backing discrimination against a demonized minority group is trivial. If you’ve already sold your soul to support literal genocide, discrimination against minority groups is minor by comparison. Once someone has already committed murder, theft is an afterthought.
This is a moral issue. If a politician supports genocide, all their other policy positions are irrelevant. Because you know you’re dealing with someone that fundamentally lacks a conscience. And if you have no conscience, you’ll have no qualms about going back on any promise or using your position to enrich yourself.
