In today’s newsletter, we have a report on Jewish leaders’ efforts to use a frightening stabbing attack on Manhattan’s Upper West Side as a political weapon against New York City mayor Zohran Mamdani and the pro-Palestine politics he represents.
Local Jewish leaders lost the battle to keep Mamdani from City Hall last fall and since then have faced one humiliation after another, including a disastrous pro-Israel parade in late May that ended with their political allies needing to apologize for marching with a fascist, and stunning defeats in last month’s Democratic primaries.
Now, they’re trying to use a scary midday attack to hit back at the mayor.
It’s the Zionists themselves who’ve inspired violence against Jews worldwide. It’s the Zionists who insist Israel and Jews are the same thing. It’s the Zionists who insist on Israel being a murderous kleptocratic theocratic tyranny. It’s Zionists who “inspire” the backlash.
