It is now. Used to be owned by a constellation of private equity firms from BlackRock to Capital International Investors to The Vanguard Group. Just different flavors of evil.

AFAIK, the deal is still in the process of clearing regulatory hurdles. I don’t think they are effectively the owners just yet.
