That’s not how language works. Language isn’t some absolute. English for example has many dialects, some of which are difficult for other speakers to understand. Dialects and slang doesn’t translate to correct spelling and grammar. Sure, sometimes slang gets adopted in the dictionary, and that is when it is added to the standard we all agree on.
