    According to forensic cryptocurrency researcher ZachXBT and the online malware repository vx-underground, BlockBlasters alone accounted for roughly $150,000 of the stolen cryptocurrency from between 261 and 478 victims. That included $32,000 stolen from Twitch streamer RastalandTV in September 2025. The streamer, who was undergoing cancer treatment, had received the money as donations from viewers to help cover medical expenses.

      You know that “both” is an option right, and personally I’d rather they didn’t just let malware authors run rampant regardless of income class

        Yeah I don’t want malware on steam either. Even if I do take a slight enjoyment knowing he ruined some crypto bros day.

        Yeah I know “both” is an option but if I had to choose, I would choose the ultra rich. Their crimes are far worse.

        Only way to fix that is to force their hand by using other products
