The tree went from nearly dead to this beautiful over the 4 years I’ve lived in my house. I have no idea why it’s improving lol.
I believe it’s a choke cherry tree.

I go see it all the time. I’m thinking of getting cut lil chimes and suncatchers to hang on the lower branches

Yeah, but the birds won’t and they need somewhere to perch to find food sources, whether that’s on the gr9und or in the tree itself.
