The owners should be the shareholders, and the shareholders should be the workers. I think that makes sense. If everyone owns a stake in the company, it is in everyone’s interest to work well. Who gives a shit about loafing and stealing from some anonymous corporate job where your wages don’t depend on your contribution at all?
