Non voting shares shouldn’t exist. Buying a piece of a company and not being able to voice a say is an insane system
If you want to vote just buy the voting ones. If you dont want to vote, get the non voting ones for a discount. No ones being forced to buy these, they’re being equally given to everyone, and everyone will have the same voting rights once its done.
Most retail investors dont even vote.
