Actually this was the local D.C. parade, not anything to do with freedumb250. It’s usually very well attended. But definitely too damn hot today.
You could also say it was canceled because of Republican policies driving up global temperatures due to the burning of fossil fuels instead of using renewable resources that common logic dictates we should be doing.
