    I mean okay, maybe it was not nice. From what I got it was misunderstanding. But does it justify escalating it? Like what exactly SK looses here? I’m sure NK spy’s knew it already if that’s the concern.

      South Korea is trying to normalise relations with the north, and Ukraine revealing that they participated in rendition will complicate matters.

      I’m sure NK spy’s knew it already if that’s the concern.

      Maybe, but now it is official, and can result in South Korea having to make diplomatic concessions.

        sure but then how does an apology stop that ? if that is the reason, why bother escalating?
