It’s projected that Trump’s defunding of USAID will kill around 14 million by 2030. 4.5 million of those will be children under the age of 5 (See Lancet study.) Throw in his health care roll backs, social services withdrawals, suicides from tariffs, etc. and that figure goes a lot higher.

I didn’t say they killed people writ large. But the success rate of people coming off of regulators is sketch. Granted there are a lot of circumstance to that. In the same vein you can’t say they saved a bunch of people.
