Former Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH), who is also the current Democratic Senate candidate for Ohio, found himself in hot water in a past campaign over his response to anti-trans attacks from Republicans, and now he appears to be taking a different approach.
Instead of trying to defend or explain his views on trans rights, Brown released an ad last week slamming Republicans for focusing on trans people at all, when there are so many bigger challenges facing the state.
The problem is that the damage your recent administrations have done can’t be undone. America is going to lose its reserve currency status, and your entire economy depends on that. Not to mention that your reputation as a reliable trade and defence partner is gone. America’s only real asset was its network of alliances and institutional privileges, and you’ve torn them all down in recent years.
The dark times for your country are just beginning.
And the Republicans will pin it all on trans, gays, women, brown and black people, immigrants, “wokeness”, teaching evolution, abortion, no-fault divorce, liberal news/Hollywood, and the lack of prayer in schools.
Oh, and Biden, Obama, Harris and Hillary…
