No, call it out. Never slop. Just because this pretty clearly isn’t (from the smudging effect), doesn’t mean you shouldn’t continue to call out slop. It just means you should try to get better at differentiating the photoshops from the slop.
I am the one who made this and I verify that I did in fact do it all by hand with basic photoshopping (but not with photoshop itself.) No AI was used. The hands look off because I found a stock photo of someone with begging hands and pasted them in.
Its no work of art but its also a meme so I don’t feel bad not spending hours perfecting it.
